The Wishlist is a service only for registered users which, by allowing you to select the products you are interested in, acts as a memorandum. This way, without doing a search every time, you can access the page of the desired product with a simple click. The presence of a product in the Wishlist does not mean that purchase is compulsory nor does it guarantee the price remaining unchanged in time.
Absolutely. We respect your privacy. You can access your profile at any time and change your information and your authorizations. You can consult the privacy policy on this page.
An email is essential. If you do not have one, you can use one of the many providers that offer an email address free of charge, such as Google, Libero, Tiscali, Alice, and many others.

Orders

If a product can be purchased, it means that it is available in our warehouses. If it is not in stock, you are informed that you can be told as soon as the product you are looking for is available again.
Unfortunately placing orders by telephone, email or fax is not possible. If you have a problem at some point, you can contact our customer service clicking here, otherwise you can go to the point of sale nearest to you.
You can request cancelling an order by contacting our customer service and specifying the order number and we will contact you to agree on the refund methods.
Yes, the minimum amount to place an order is 10 €. For orders of more than €50, shipment is free of charge.

Payment

All the commonest credit cards are accepted, including prepaid and top-up cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTE PAY. Payment is also accepted by PayPal and bank transfer.
We are sorry, but payment in cash on delivery is not accepted.
All the information about your order, your personal information and your credit card are carefully protected. We adopt the most advanced standards in transferring data and in access to the information. For payments by credit card, the financial information (number of the card, expiry date etc.) is not kept in any case.

Shipment

For the shipment, a fixed amount of €6 (inclusive of VAT) will be charged, for sending order up to a total amount of €50. For orders over €50, shipment is free of charge.
Your order will be given to UPS within 2 working days of confirmation. We will send you by email the information to track your shipment. Otherwise you can enter your profile and check the shipment from the page of your order clicking on “Track my order”.
The courier will make a further attempt at delivery, indicatively the next day. If it is not possible to deliver the order, the courier will leave a yellow notice of “unsuccessful delivery” called InfoNotice on which you will find a code to insert into the UPS site on the homepage, the column on the left, at the top, under the heading "Search or InfoNotice numbers” so that you can arrange for a new delivery.

Yes, we can send orders to many countries. At present it is NOT possible to deliver to the United States.
Yes, you just have to choose the option in the purchase phase, We will deliver a gift box for your products. The service is completely free of charge.

Returns and refunds

To be entitled to return goods, please contact our customer service within 10 working days from the day you received the order. All the information on returns is available clicking here.
We work constantly to offer safe products of perfect quality. However, a piece may show some anomalies. If the product you have received shows any defects, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service, specifying the article reference number you can find on the order confirmation, the type of defect you have found and attaching a photo that shows the problem (if possible).

Gift Card

Temporarily suspended the sale of the gift card, you can use those purchased earlier.
Using our gift card is simple: with the code you will receive after purchase, add the products you want to your shopping cart, where you will find a field to insert the code of your gift card which will be deducted from the total of the shopping cart.
No, you can use it whenever you like.
