Should the customer not be satisfied with the product or if the products sent do not correspond to those ordered, the purchase can be returned within 10 business days of the delivery of the product. Only the person who made the purchase (the name on the invoice) is entitled to the right of withdrawal, not other people who may have received the delivery.
The return of the products is subject to the acceptance of the product by Cosmetica
S.r.l.. To make a return, please send an e-mail to [email protected]
with the following information:
- First name
- Order reference number
- Reason for returning the product(s)
The customer must also send a letter by recorded delivery to Cosmetica
S.r.l. with the same information.
The customer will then send the product to Cosmetica
S.r.l., preferably using insured delivery.

Returned purchased articles will not be accepted if the above procedure has not been followed.
Conditions for acceptance of the return
To accept the returned product, Cosmetica
S.r.l. will ascertain that it has not been used and that it is not damaged in any way. Products returned must be sent within 10 days of the date of delivery of the order, in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of an equivalent size and resistance. Cosmetica
S.r.l. will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are respected. Transport and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Return delivery costs
In the case that the customer intends to return a purchase, the delivery costs for the return of the product are at the customer’s expense.
In the case in which a product is returned with a request for permanent return, replacement or exchange because it does not correspond to what was requested or is intrinsically defective (in all cases for products that have not been used) the costs of returning it will be at the expense of the customer. Products purchased in the online Boutique cannot be returned to physical Cosmetica
S.r.l. shops or to shops that distribute Cosmetica
Crediting back of reimbursement
S.r.l. has received the return and checked that all the requisites have been respected, it will send an e-mail of confirmation to the customer. It will then credit back the amount paid.
When purchasing with a credit card, the time necessary to display the reimbursement depends on the company that issued the card. The value date of the credit will in any case be the same as the debit.
